Your response indicates that you either didn't read the message in it's entirety or believe that banging one's head against a wall serves a purpose. As I stated in my post, I did make an effort at one time. However, when extra efort is not rewarded, I consider it stupid to continue to give it. I have worked through numerous MALE managers who promised me the sun, moon, and stars. What I got was the shaft. Nope, no more extra effort for managerment as long as they promote cronies and slackers that just happen to have the same genital structure as they.
