Comfortable?
This is the part that bothers me: "It's still a system...of white male boards picking the people they're most comfortable with,..." I want to know, why should these people be comfortable on the job? Especially at the Top, where resposibility is (or should be) the greatest? I don't care what color, gender or shape of package the Talent comes in. If the talent is there, use it to enhance productivity and profits. If it isn't, what are you doing in the Executive Suite?
