Gender does indeed hinder
I am a highly educated female who has worked in the wonderful world of technology for over 10 years. Will I ever be a manager? NOPE! Will I ever be a CEO? NOPE! Why, because I am forced to consistently report to men who are less qualified and knowledgeable that I. So what do I do now after being passed over again and again for men of lesser talent and know how? I keep my brain to myself and let them fall on their faces. I've outlasted 4 already. Working on number 5. One day the CIO will wake up. Till then I do my work in the first 30 ,minutes of the day and surf the web the rest.
