"Men are way more emotional than women."
I'd guess that the previous post meant "more emotional" as in the type of emotion, not the amount of overall emotions.
Men don't cry over the Superbowl.
When rattled or attacked in a meeting, some women will not defend themselves. I'd say the majority of men fight back.
Can you picture the average female manager going into the bathroom afterwards and crying?
Can you picture the average male doing it?

Like you said voska, the "display of emotion that women do is termed girly and stereotyped as what emotional is"

(Notice I was SO careful to use words like "some"!)
