not to mention
that i'm guessing some of that data was confidential. I know that if a laptop has confidential documents on it i always assume the worst, so i install things like he allegedly used to securely clean it up. It's a laptop for gods sake, you know how easy it is for someone to steal that or simply lose it? WHat are the attorneys for this guy doing anyways? Why weren't things like i just said brought up in court? This laptop, even though property of the IAC, should still be kept secure just in case something happens to it, be a secure deletion of files(god knows how easy it is to recover files after they are deleted normally), excryption of data, etc.

This case shouldn't be wasting tax payers dollars because IAC is throwing a temper tantrum.
