I'm going to sue ZDNet for entrapment or accessory or some other horse crap that only a lawyer could dream up.

"Your Honor, my client was enticed at the end of the article to download, install, and use a program that directly led to his felonious deletion of golf league scores and some off-color jokes in a text file. Therefore, I put it to you that ZDNet's actions were directly responsible for the said destruction of these files to which XYZ Corporation claims exclusive rights over."
