That Navy pilot is absolutely right.
I don't even remember how many times I've flown little airplanes into Dulles--lots--and nothing in the world says people doing that can't just veer east into DCA airspace. And I'm sure every other pilot who's flown into Dulles knows that as well as I do.

This is just one more bit of idiocy by those who used to think someone was planning to hijack an airplane with a nail file.
