Straw man arguments?
We aren't talking about MS, or HP, or Red Hat, or anyone other than IBM. So again I ask the simple question, if they are so certain there is no possible liability, then why not put the customer's mind at ease? I mean heck, if they believe it, then they should have a bit of faith in that belief.


By the way, that isn't grinding an ax, it's asking a simple question.
