Dumb scroll
Other than the ability to surreptitiously load more URLs in the history, with no apparent option as to how many results per page, the scroll bars built into any browser are more capable. Live.com's result scroller is like a regular scroll bar with only page up and down functionality and nothing else.

It also breaks "find in page". In SeaMonkey the results don't scroll to the text that's found unless you turn the styling off. In IE if it finds something that makes it scroll down you cannot afterward scroll back up to the top.
