I wish he would get more passionate about service
I had a disappointing experience with Overstock.com when I bought an MP3 player from them for my daughter as a Christmas gift. The item did not work, and despite numerous "chat sessions" I could never get customer support to send me an RMA number to facilitate an exchange. It is bad enough that Christmas Day is dampened by a defective gift, but when you can't get an exchange, you decide never to do business with that company again.

Perhaps if the CEO was passionate about providing quality customer service he wouldn't have issues with hedge fund managers that short sell his stock.
