I heart Elliot Spitzer, and I'm really curious to see where this eventually goes. If there's collusion and everyone is required to eliminate flat pricing for online songs, what happens to the market? Do the RIAA companies jack up the price of all their music and kill off the entire market? Do the indies suddenly see a huge increase in sales if they deliberately keep their prices low? Do the RIAA companies then drop their prices way down and take a deliberate loss just to keep their place at the top of the market?

Should be fun to watch.
