The only thing I can say to this is
America's "war on drugs" is as much of a farce as it's "war on terrorism". I fought in that "war" it's a friggin joke! For every ton of crap we stopped, 40 tons made it through. It's a token gesture to make the people happy that we are "doing something!" about the flow of drugs into the nation and the flow of slaves out of the nation. And let's not forget the arms trading that is going on as well!

Both of these so called wars are a slap in the face.

As for the rest of the article, sounds cool. And if applied correctly it sounds like this device can be used to save a lot of lives of people that are reacting to various drugs, be it medicinal or otherwise.
