...gives the FBI the right to break and enter...
Yes, that is the law, your right is only against unreasonable searches and seizures. If the law is followed, then by it's very definition it would NOT be unreasonable, elected officials and all.
...without probable cause or a warrant.
But here you are wrong, being a terrorist, or having contact with terrorists, etc, pretty much covers probable cause. And in all instances, warrants are still necessary, secret or not.
You must remember that IF a wiretap is illegal, as you say (playing devil's advocate), then it can NOT be used against you in court. Just think, most of our smarter citizens and criminals would know this and maybe not spill the beans on the phone.....maybe?
...place a gag order on you, legally forbidding you from revealing you were ever there.
Again, you say the word legally, what can I say, it's legal. It also doesn't violate any specific rights, it just seems that way to you, maybe because of some things that you saw on the "news", or perhaps prisonplanet.com?
Yeah, while still learning how to speak english at 56 years of age.
I would love to spend some time listening to you speak, I'm sure that you would enjoy my daily faux-pa's in speechificationizing. But that would be just trivial of us, would'nt it.
Yup, 9/11, worst act of terror in world history, happened on their watch..
Six months in office cannot repair many years of inaction/incompetence. Intelligence, previous admins, and current admins can all share the blame and learn from mistakes. There were mistakes made sure, but a reasonable person could not put much blame on Bush, if any.
Well, they have about as much sympathy for him and he does for the Iraqis.
Much sympathy for the Iraqis, we did liberate them after all, and now they pretty much love us too.
