If Lawyer Dies Its A Disaster
The required investigation will reveal that the police deferred to the Vice-president's office on his version of things. The victim has made no statement to my knowledge and definitely had made no statement when the "white house" labeled the shooting accidental.

The VP would be open to personal liability and a lawsuit by the family. A grand jury would be convened. Every person on the ranch would be under scrutiny and a possible witness/co-conspirator.

Since a few were lobbyist, any favors/deals they receive will be questioned. They should be questioned now. Interestingly, Cheney refused to say exactly who was with him when the shooting occurred. He said that should have been left to the victim. WHY?

Looks like a coverup, smells like a coverup, but coverup of what. Lack of a hunting license? Drinking and hunting? Meeting with infamous individuals for personal/administration gain? Or, it wasn't an accident.?? My money is on a combination of drinking and smoozing with unregistered lobbyist.
