Well he knew something but key is that there was still
a delay and it was NOT Dick who called the President. We did not
hear about it till a day or two later the President learned "second"
hand much late that same day but A: It should have been Dick who
called him and gave him all the information about the incident and
B: Once the lawyer was on his way to the hosptial Dick should have
been on the Cell to the President. He is the Boss (Well at least in
theory)
