Will he be sued if the attorney dies?
I have noticed that this has yet to come up by ANYONE. If it was anyone else that shot that attorney, the lawsuit would already be filed and they'd be in jail. In reality we have a sitting VP looking for yet another way to weasel out of a scandal.



And now a question: Can you actually sue a Sitting CVice-President? I bet they are already looking at a way to delay anything that would come up
