Too bad the customer's won't see a dime of the damages award
Too bad the customers that had to originally pay for the slime balls criminal phone call won't be able to benefit from the damages award. It should be a stipulation that both Verizon and the attorneys conducting the suit shouldn't see a penny and everything should go to the end customers only.

But this is the real world, the little person never gets any help just the hurt.
