Why aren't they being treated like the criminals they are??
I have to wonder...... if these dirtbag marketers are guilty of violating federal communications law, when isn't the government going after them??

We need a lot more than injunctions. We also need massive fines and maybe a little jail time. Tele-marketers should lose all their profits and THEN have to pay more on top of it. What's the point of fines if all these scumbags ever risk is their ill-gotten gain?

As a group, tele-marketers and spammers are pure parasites in my opinion and we have no business whatsoever treating them as if they are legitimate businesses. They're criminals, and should be treated that way.
