There are a lot of IT orgs that NEED to be outsourced

There are loads of corporate IT organizations that could stand to be laid off and outsourced - I've got a couple of large clients right now with IT organizations so screwed up they can't set up a simple database replication proof of concept after TEN WEEKS. Not to mention the horribly designed network, the 30-40 major systems outages a day, the ridiculous goosed up capital cost of even a simple file server, etc. - with ZERO accountability.

They need a good old French Revolution style head chopping party to eliminate all the troglodyte denizens down in corporate IT. They're perfect candidates for (at a minimum) infrastructural outsourcing.
