Not quite right...
Open source is providing free software for EVERYBODY, without strings.

Offshoring is to more wealth for a bunch of people who see fit to dismantle America's very infrastructure. And that also involves taking sheer advantage of open source software. Talk about perversion... even Apple does it.

It's sad to say that open source programmers have led to the erosion of the American infrastructure. But then, never in their worst nightmares did those programmers ever expect Microsoft, Apple, Novell, and the rest, to take their code and use it in ways that profit themselves. Exploitation.
