well, I wish good luck to the country, but I have some concerns about security. Lest us forget that there might be extreme islamists in that country and many people are not tolerant to western cultures.

Many would hope that does things go away, but steps have to be taken carefully. Outsourcings is a privilege that not everybody can be given. Least like to get it are those who may pose a danger and instabilities. Also one would like to make sure that American and West European managers could travel to such countries safely and being not exposed to likely terroristic attacks in hotels. Otherwise there are other places in the world that offer the same, but in a way safer manner.
