and loose their status of differentiated super-value added solutions. So that's what happend to the whole ERP and CRM concepts. Therefore, the buyout is the logical step. Since the business is changing at its core and because of scale economies most of the people are not longer required.

Now there is a need and opportunity for innovation. And let Oracle make their big bucks. They deserve that for being smart players and for helping JDEdwards, Poeplesoft and Seibel to survive. Such is technology.
