Has anyone here read the law???
I simply followed the links...Section 113 is titled "Preventing Cyberstalking" and is a subsection under:

"Subtitle K--Privacy Protections for Victims of Domestic Violence, Dating Violence, Sexual Violence, and Stalking"

Clearly this is not written to apply to average posts or emails that merely annoy anonymously. If the administration didn't do this...it would be accused of not doing enough to protect women. Unbelievable how backwards some people's thinking is.
