God is in the details
The problem is whose definition of 'probable cause' you use. The judge who said that the idenities of the email sender and recipient(s) just could conceivably be "relevant" to an investigation just made that decision for every other judge that will be called upon to grant a warrant. It's over-reaching to the point of being abusive. What isn't 'possibly conceivably relevant' to any investigation?
