'Kelly Blue Book' for homes

Not Close: I was little impressed by the accuracy of their info.
I added on a fifth bedroom in 2002, and it lists as only 4 bedrooms.
This also means the square footage is off by that bedroom.
It also has "Cooling: - - - ", when I had central air put in in 2000.

They do have this covered in their FAQ section.
