No, You have to pay for every service that isn't included with the pipe. Just because you pay for RR doesn't mean everything out there is included. That service company out there has to rent pipes if they don't have any of their own. And they rent by bandwidth block allotments. Get a grip.

I didn't say that at all. They get packet priorities for what they pay for. You are putting words in my mouth. There is no preferential treatment. If you are a startup like Vonage or Skype, you are not going to rent top of the line bandwidth package. You don't need it because your customer base is small and so is the load.

The reason people go with services by their pipe provider is everything is on one bill. I have heard it from my own customers when I suggest a provider. They will go with Verizon because it is on their phone bill. 1 less bill to pay.
