This is such BS, I need to run for Congress.
Do they even talk with Industry Engineers?

Do they know that we already do this? Seriously some traffic needs priority such as voice, video, streaming media. etc.. web, email and FTP will not notice the extra few ms that is added when they are bumped by the packet schedulers but on the other hand the former will and it will cause undesired operation.

The general consensus out there is that anyone using someone elses network must abide by the rules of said network.
