So how is this a "hologram?"
"LifeVision uses streams from two cameras, which act as the left and right eyes, to project 3D images onto a 20-inch screen. The monitors used are equipped with a depth tube that presents images that appear to rise 30 inches from the screen and sink another 30 inches into the screen, Fischbach said. Real-world volumes and distances are displayed accurately."

A hologram is an image reconstructed from the interference pattern of light which has been recorded in a diffraction pattern called a holograph. How is this "Depth Tube" a hologram? And how does one get the interference pattern of light from two cameras, which are by their nature incapable of resolving optical phase?

By the way, the Princess Leia Hologram is a physical impossibility. You have to be looking right at the projection source (i.e. in-line with the holograph) to see the hologram, unless you project it onto smoke or mist or something.
