Technically, any decision the Supreme Court makes is both legal and constitutional, by definition. It may be wrong, but it can't be illegal or unconstitutional.
Otherwise, one could argue that such decisions as Dred Scott and Roe vs. Wade, or any other SC decisions one disagrees with, were illegal and/or unconstitutional, also. And how many times have people been told something to the effect that "Roe vs. Wade is now the law of the land, so just accept it"?
