Not at all, you misunderstand how these databases work. Sites don't maintain their own database. Go through the free part of one and at the point where they ask you to join you will notice that they tell you you will be discretely billed through X company. I believe cc bill is one that is often used. One big billing database for thousands of sites. Sites will also not maintain individual adult i.d. numbers that Copa wants. Totally impractical because the I.D. would be good for only that one site. There will be one big database that will collect the 16.95 for an adult I.D. that will be good for all sites.
