Shelly, I agree with MOST of your post except....
DUmBYA was NOT 'voted' into office. The first 'election' was rigged IN FLORIDA where Jeb Bush was CONspicuously INconspicuous during the whole sherade. As for the second 'election': Can YOU say, "DIEBOLD"??? THEY are HEADQUARTERD in OHIO!!!

I agree with you writing in a cartoon character only to a point. I DO agree with protest votes, but even though I do NOT affiliate myself with ANY party I feel that a 'protest vote' goes farther if it is for a candidate already ON THE BALLOT. wink
