Why does the iTMS have DRM?
iTunes is not DRM controlled. You're confusing it with the iTunes
Music Store. Why does the iTMS have DRM? Because the RIAA
companies demanded it. If Jobs owns the content, will he treat it
the same way? Who knows, but it sure would be easier to innovate
and sell electronics without having to cripple them to make the
rights holders happy.
