Wonderful Wonderful news for us Mac faithful
My Apple rep told me about this yesterday. It?s really great.

Disney isn?t gonna release any more movies in theaters. They?re
all gonna be on DVD and will be encoded to ONLY play in Mac
machines. I understand that the first release will be ?The Gates
of Hell?, about a fictional corporate tyrant out to control the
world. The second release, an animated Pixar feature, is
something like ?Steve ? the Jumping Monkey?, about an
overweight sales type guy who likes to get up on stages and
jump around like a monkey when pitching his new products.

All ABC television shows are going to be in Quicktime format
only. You?ll have to plug your cable or antenna into a computer
to watch them. Computers running Quicktime on Windows will
play at half speed. Macs will play at full speed. Special encoding
will also make all the ladies on Desperate Housewives look fat
and ugly on Windows machines.

You?ll only be able to buy tickets to Dinseyland and Disneyworld
online and you?ll need a .mac account to buy them.

My rep told me there?s more good news coming. As soon as I
hear it, I?ll let all ZDNet readers in on it. What a Beautiful Day!!!
