Bigger clash than corporate cultures
Forget the clashes mentioned in the article, there are much
bigger issues here.

You've got Apple, owned and run by Steve Jobs who sell
electronic devices like computers, iPods and soon DVR boxes.
It's in Apple's best interests that all content be fully available and
as useful as possible, to spur consumers to purchase Apple
products.

Then you've got Disney, who have been at the head of extending
copyright, and trying to force DRM down the throats of
consumers, basing their strategy on making content less useful,
and selling and re-selling the same content to consumers.

Where do these two meet in the middle? Will Disney loosen their
grip on the content to help Apple advance technology, or will
Apple deliberately cripple their technology to protect Disney's
crown jewels?
