HP - inhouse/online sales

I had to check the date when I read your article - ie, that it wasn't April Fool's day. I've been trying to buy, in the UK, either a HP hx2490 or hx2790 Handheld for the last 3 months. HP sales online tell me that it will take at LEAST 2 weeks and dissuaded me from placing an order while other online stores do not have ANY in stock. HP sales service is a joke. They advertise in most newspapers day and daily but at the end of the day they don't shape up. On second toughts, it's a sick joke. Maybe pigs will fly!!
