The goal of any military is to kill the enemy as quickly
as possible. So "future plans" mean what? That at some point
when sanctions were over...perhaps even after Saddam was gone
they would pick up on WMD's of some sort? Seems logical and
practical for ANY military to do so.

Evidence that they had WMD's and programs we already knew
that from the war past and there was also evidence aplenty that
Saddam was kept in check by both the inspectors and the
sanctions and that while he may of liked the idea or getting
WMD's in the future he did not have any nor was there any
attempt to get/have some. So inspections and sanctions were
keeping him in check and were in fact doing their job.

I don't know how many Americans this Shite Theocracy is worth?
Nor do I know how many BILLIONS or will it end up being
TRILLIONS this whole thing will be worth. I don't even know how
many years all this will be worth and what we in the end will
reap for what we've sown. It's still up in the air as far as I can
tell however currently I am not impressed with the results. A
Shite Muslim Theocracy...little brother to big brother Iran?
Frankly on some level I'm OK with that because that is obviously
what the majority in Iraq want. However I don't think it was/is
worth our blood and money to make it so.
