This is not about child pornography.
This is about children finding porn on the net. This is about a $50 billion dollar global industry of which the US makes up only about 6% of the revenues. This is about parents in the US being either lazy or prudish.

An example of the problem (with Americans) was illustrated with the court case involving some father and his kid in a truck listeniung to the radio when George Karlins '7 dirty words' was on. The father could have changed the station (if multiple stations were available) or turned off the radio. He did not choose to and went to court. The case set the restrictions on the whole industry, from country folk to people in urban and industrial enviornments (via FCC regulations). The limitation is that you must now listen to content suitable for a child (even if you are an adult).
