So in a nutshell
you can't compare brain pans with the likes of Stallman so you are ticked that this "hippy" is kickin @$$ and taking names! That's the way I see it.

Another thing the honorary degrees and such are not given lightly. Many of those schools are very prestigious and difficult to get into. As an addition, RMS is working at MIT on AI things, ummm idiots don't get into MIT or work on AI. So where do you work?

Point is Stallman has the right idea about software, it's the greedy capitalists that have it all screwed up. There is nothing wrong with capitalism, there is something wrong with the way it's stifling innovation and creativity in the tech fields of software.
