I'd love to get 2% or 3% every time that song is played. Like you said maybe that's a dollar or two times maybe being played every other day for 20 or 30 years maybe more with these digital speciality radio channels. Multiply that times X number of radio stations times X number of songs. That really adds up.

Think about the that satatlite radio station that is all Elvis tunes non stop 24/7 with not breaks.

Besides who buys a CD for the song they heard on the radio. You buy the CD because of the songs you haven't heard yet. The single is the advertisement to get you to buy the CD.
