Freedom Starts at Home
As recently as last year US bloggers had to fight the Federal Election Commission to keep the internet free for political discussion in America.

Although the FEC has dropped regulating the web for the moment, the House and Senate have not yet passed legislation supporting the Federal Election Commission decision to not enforce McCain Feingold Campaign Reforms on websites and blogs.

America needs to cast the beam out of its own eye and revive the 1st Amendment within our own shores before attempting to enlighten the rest of the world.
