Your ability to analize what I've written
leaves much to be desired. Let me help you.

1. I believe software patents for innovative ideas are a good thing, regardless of who owns the patent.

2. I believe the Patent Office needs greater funding to research applied for patents.

3. I believe that a software idea should truly be innovative before a patent is granted.

4. I believe if you are going to call something open or free then that is exactlly what it should be. Open for ANY use, free of ANY encumberances.

See, not that hard to follow now is it???
