- It is not about OS - it is about design for user

So far all PC's are ugly funky boxes. Now they have those ugly youngster driven fluoerscent tubes and alien look look like. It is driven by anobody and nobody.
A MP3 device need to be functional and elegant in the first place. Apple knows that, but they drive hardware too. Microsoft drives OS software and electronic hardware.
Also ergonomy is a key. Microsoft OS is absolutely not ergonomic and controls... well let's leave this subject. It gives a lot of options, but ergonomy is not about that. I wonder what better controls they could come up with for hardware device.
