I think your numbers are accurate
From looking around, I do think the 80% number is a bit high, and yours are more accurate. Hard to tell though, as iPods were hot sellers this Xmas season, so the numbers may have changed.

As for Apple's "monopoly", it's still a new market, hard to know when you can actually call someone a monopoly as the field is still being established. Also note that having a monopoly is perfectly legal, as long as you don't abuse it. iTunes can be completely removed from OSX machines, which mitigates things, and the fact that OSX machines only make up a tiny percentage of computers probably makes the point moot. iTunes is a downloaded option installed on the vast majority of computers, just like Real's software.
