Wll only work under a certain select set of circumstances.

A: You are in the extreme high end of the pay scale.

B: Your are very disciplined in your spending/savings/
investments.

C: You ae healthy and remain so...VERY KEY!

D: It would also help to be a bit LUCKY.

Other wise I don't see it working for a great many people. Take
keeping onceself educated. Well that takes MONEY! First to get
oneself educated in the first place takes and increadible amount
of money and I know a great many people struggling to pay off
their initial investment even today. To keep oneself educated
meand spending even more. Then there is the point of just what
fields once chooses to educate oneself for and the luck of the
draw as to weather you choose the right one or tha amount of
competition one finds oneself in after getting said education?
Oh and there is the whole "If you have any real natural skill at
the given job in the first place" MJ was born to play basketball
and as a semi pro baseball player he was only eh. All the
educataion and practice in the world could not change that.
Again it helps to be lucky sometimes....
