A Wyoming Republican and a North Dakota Democrat...it's both parties. Not sure what that implies, except that anyone at that level of government is oblivious to real life anymore.

I'm curious why these particular states' leaders would want internet shopping taxation. Clearly they don't have the economies of coastal states or the more highly populated midwestern states. Maybe they just see this as a means to a larger cut of the pie?
