My post mailbox is full of paper SPAM that someone paid for...
So how is making us pay for email going to stem the tide of electronic SPAM? Making us pay for email will provide more tax for the politicians, more money for the ISP's and not stop the 150 messages that are filtered out of my email now.

Bill Gates owns MSN, I wonder if he is looking for another revenue stream?

Smarter email filters are the only way to go until we have some way of verifying the source
of an email to a real email address.
