HP-- Better Than You Think

You have missed something there, Yeahright. HP does not have 90 day warranties only. My Pavilion came with a one year warranty. And their support is superior to any other I've encountered. When I encountered a problem, I went to their website and had an immediate chat with a support technician who responded accurately with the information I needed to correct the problem I was having with my browser.
He could've said, "That's a Microsoft problem." He didn't. He provided the fix.
I tried Dell before HP. The difference between the two companies is amazing. Dell has the 90 day (throw-away) warranty. Their so called support is as useful as a buzzing fly, i.e. none. I'll take the HP products over Dell any day. Yes they are more expensive, but they have a longer warranty, a superior machine and support that isn't an advertizing fiction. I'll pay the extra hundred or so for that kind of difference.
