Creative is really being tacky here. They can't possibly compete with Apple, so they're going to sue over roayalty fees for.......NESTED MENUS! You call this Intelectual Property? MY GOD we've been using nested menus for ages. Creative didn't invent it.
I wonder if Creative and Microsoft realize that they're only muddying the waters for us cosumers. This sort of stupidity only hurts the market.
