some texan joe's might disagree since they started a lawsuit. EFF joe's disagree, see their own lawsuit wich doesn't just target the rootkit but also the EULA that comes with the cd's. Guess some people care and they should. I've heard people say on this forum that users that allow their pc's to be open for virii an trojans should be punished for their irresponsible beaviour. So what do we do with companies that knowingly install software on your pc that makes it easier for virii and trojans to hide? This goes beyond the joe's this is about a company that puts internet security at risc just to make a few bucks.
