Thank you for proof that our legislators are incapable
of consistency of thought. in the same bill that supposedly protects legal uses, they prohibit the means of that legal use. The effective elimination of the means of "Fair Use" eliminates "Fair Use".

The DMCA is unconstitutional. It must go.
